If you have never taken a pole dance class before, congratulations! We love beginners and pride ourselves on our unique signature beginners program based on progression, safety, technique, and FUN!
You will want to sign up for one of our Pole 101 (4 Week Progressive Series) to start your pole journey.
The first session usually starts the first week of the month and meets once a week, every week in that same time slot. These series do fill up fast so be sure to reserve your spot.
This series is designed to give you the best possible training experience in a progressive and consistent format. We believe this is the most effective way to progress students efficiently and with pristine technique!
Series classes are purchased as a set, and classes missed in the series cannot be made up in order to preserve the learning culture, atmosphere, safety, and progression.
For your first class, wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring socks, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. Do not apply any lotions to your body or hands before class.
