We are so excited to have you join us at the studio!
If you have never taken a pole dance class before, congratulations! We love beginners and pride ourselves on our unique signature beginners program based on progression, safety, technique, and FUN!
There are two ways to start pole dancing with us if this is your first time pole dancing!
The Pole 101 Series is designed to give you the best possible training experience in a progressive and consistent format. We believe this is the most effective way to progress students efficiently and with pristine technique!
Series classes are purchased as a set, and classes missed in the series cannot be made up in order to preserve the learning culture, atmosphere, safety, and progression.
The first session usually starts the first week of the month and meets once a week, every week in that same time slot. These series do fill up fast so be sure to reserve your spot.
For your first class, wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring socks, a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. Do not apply any lotions to your body or hands before class.
The Intro to Pole Taster Workshop is a one off workshop that allows you to come to your first class and try it out to see if you'd like to continure with us into a Pole 101 Series. Click here to be taken to our Upcoming Intro To Pole Taster Workshops.
