There is something magical about a solo dance performance. A piece of movement you create and perform on your own! Its your opportunity to create something meaningful, with pole skills that fit your bodies natural movement and something to call your own! In this 8 Week series, Kristin will guide you through the process of developing and mapping your ideas, building your combos and transitions and bringing it all together for a piece that is all your own!
This class will guide you through the steps and will include time you will be working independently and directly with the instructor. There will also be homework involved (but the fun kind!). The ability to use a pole or dance space at home or during Open Pole Practice Time at the studio highly recommended.
Prerequisite: Completion of one Intro to Pole or Learn to Climb and Spin Series
