4 Weeks, 4 Styles!
Get inspired with this 4 week sampler series! Each week featuring a different instructor with a different flavor of pole and dance! This is a incredible opportunity to explore different types of pole dance flavors and discover new ways of movement!
- Week One: Floorwork Flow with Kristin: This class combines fluidity and boldness for a fun, slow and slinky routine. we will be focusing on floor to pole transitions, basework, floorwork, and fluid movement fundamentals. Bring kneepads and socks!
- Week Two: Heels Choreo with Shayna: This class combines basic pole dance fundamentals and static spins for a fun and sexy pole routine which is sure to make you sweat! Heels are not required, but encouraged!
- Week Three: Contemporary Pole with Melina: Get in touch with all the feels! Explore contemporary movement mixed with the beauty of pole dance. This class combines basic pole dance fundamentals and static spins for a fun and sexy pole routine which is sure to make you sweat! Heels are not required, but encouraged! Bring knee pads
- Week Four: Sultry Heels Choreo with Mallory: Let your sultry side shine and get ready to hip roll, sexy pushup, and spin around the pole! Heels encouraged but optional. Kneepads required.
Prerequisite: Completion of one Intro to Pole or Learn to Climb & Spin Series (or prior clearance from instructors)
