In this class we build on your floorwork basics. Combining fluidity and boldness for a fun, slow and slinky routine with the floor as your apparatus! We will work on fun and sensual crawls, rolls and threading techniques to take your floor based movement and strength to the next level.
Prerequisite: Must be able to get into a plow position and some shoulder roll experience recommended.
Recommended attire: We highly recommend you bring knee protection - Knee pads, socks, long sleeve shirt and pants leg warmers for slinking.
