Join Sergia for 4 weeks of stretching, contorting, handbalancing and handstands. Work on tools that will invigorate you and help you reach your goals. Sergia will focus on strengthening in your widest range of motion to create functional flexibility and proper alignment for handstand technique. Whether it be for strength and flexibility or to supplement your aerial, yoga, or pole practice, get ready to dig in!
