PiYo and Pole! It’s exactly what’s in the name!
In this workshop, we’ll begin by exploring low-impact Pilates and yoga inspired movement to warm up, stretch, and sculpt muscles! Next, it’ll be cardio time! Using your skills from Intro to Pole and Climb and Spin classes, you’ll learn a short, sweet pole routine guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
What to wear: Whatever is comfortable for movement ie: shorts, leggings/capri leggings, tank top, It’s gonna get HOT!
Wear sneakers or bare feet! No heels in this workshop. Bring your water!
Suggested Pre-Requisite: Completion of an Intro to Pole Series & a Learn to Climb & Spin Series
