Join Shayna for 50 minutes of Pole Exotic Heels goodness!
Learn a fun sexy routine and work on spins in this pole dance class. This class is one hour long and includes a short warm up. This class includes stretching, learning and practicing a routine with spins, transitions, movement around the pole, and floor-work. Class will conclude with a short cool down. One routine will be taught over the course of the 4 week series.
Students are encouraged (but not required) to wear heels. All fitness and experience levels are welcome!
