The pole can be used in so many ways. In this workshop Sergia will focus on ways to use the pole to propel the body to hit shapes that get an extra lift, spin or assist from the pole. These kind of moves can be very useful when creating routines. Use tricks like this to fill out a routine, to travel from pole to pole, to hit musicality, or to add drama.
